Physical activity is necessary in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Trying to incorporate some form of cardio as well as strength training are two important factors in your fitness routine. I suggest my clients try to get a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and strength train 2 times a week. Each week may vary due to other commitments but try to make your workout appointment the priority!! Do you find having a set day and time for your workouts helps you stay consistent?
